1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped parsley
3 chopped green onions
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon

Cut tomatoes and potatoes into small cubes. Add cilantro, parsley, onions, oil, lemon juice, salt and mix it.
