Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls. Put on lightly greased oven tray, gently press down with a fork. Bake at 350°F/180°C for 10 - 15 minutes.
Filling: Cream butter & sifted icing sugar until light & fluffy. Add vanilla, gradually add milk - beat well. Put teaspoon of jam & teaspoon of filling in center of each biscuit. Top with one another. Enjoy!!!
