1 Tbsp olive oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 small onion, chopped
1 slice bacon, chopped
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 jar carb options Alfredo sauce or low calorie may be used

In 12 inch non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat and brown chicken breast. Remove chicken and set aside.

In same skillet, cook onion and bacon, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until bacon is cooked. Add broth and cook 1 minute.

Stir in Alfredo sauce, bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and return chicken to the skillet. Simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
