1 medium squash (such as yellow or green squash)
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Get grill started. Slice squash in a diagonal cut. Place on cookie sheet or large plate.

Rub pieces with olive oil, and then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Place onto grill for 5-10 min. Do not leave unattended, they cook fast, and burn easily. Can be done in a broiler, just keep checking every minute after 3 minutes.
