1 cup uncooked rice
1 1/2 lb hamburger
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup
1 can Ro*Tel tomatoes with green chiles
7-10 oz V-8 Juice to taste
5 oz water

Prepare rice as directed on bag.

While rice is cooking, brown hamburger in large frying pan. Add salt and pepper. Drain hamburger.

Add can of tomato soup, mix well. Add rest of ingredients, using can from tomatoes to measure V-8 Juice and water. Simmer until rice is done cooking. Add rice and mix well.
