Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 eggs
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 Tbsp garlic powder, divided
1/3 cup cream of mushroom soup (reserve remaining soup)
1 can cream of mushroom roasted garlic soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups milk
3 cups Minute White Rice

Mix together beef, pork, onion, eggs, bread crumbs, 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder, 1/3 cup cream of mushroom soup. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Roll meat mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile mix together soups, rest of garlic and milk in pot. Simmer, add meatballs and simmer for 25 minutes. Cook rice according to package directions. Serve meatballs over rice.
