Peel and cube red potatoes. Boil, drain then mash them. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt and onion flakes. Mash until smooth.
Put in a 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle with paprika and dot with margarine. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°F.
