Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 can chick peas
2-3 Tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp curry
Red chili powder

Drain the chick peas completely and spread them on paper napkins for about 5 min. Meanwhile, take a pan and add vegetable/olive oil. Once the oil is heated, put in chick peas and saute them for about 5 min.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Put sauteed chick peas on a cookie sheet and then season with salt and fresh pepper. Bake for 5-8 minutes.

Remove chick peas from oven and sprinkle them with curry powder. If you are using red chili powder add this too along with the curry powder.
