Lemon & Garlic Tilapia Fish with Lemon Sauce

Original recipe yields 1 serving
whole 6 to 8 tilapia fish, (cleaned well, heads attached)
whole 6 to 8 lemons, sliced, juice one side
Juice from 6 limes
Old Bay season
Chesapeake Bay spice
Onion powder
Salt & pepper
12 cloves of garlic, chopped well
Butter or margarine
Cornstarch

Clean tilapia fish well, gut completely and leave heads attached. Remove all fins & scales. Mix lemon & lime juice. Dip unseasoned fish in lemon & lime juice. Cut open & lay each fish out in seasoning pan to season. Sprinkle each fish with all seasonings (to taste), inside & out.

On a separate platter, stuff fish bodies inside with chopped garlic, and lemon slices. Close garlic & lemon slices inside the fish body and lay side by side in the lemon & lime juice. Lay well seasoned, stuffed fishes in the juice of the well buttered baking pan.

Bake in a preheated oven, 350 degrees F, until fish is tender.

After fish is done, pour broth from fish into saucepan. Add extra lemon & lime juice if needed, season to taste with Old Bay, salt & white pepper; bring to boil. Mix cornstarch & cold water, stir very well and pour into boiled sauce to thicken.
