Original recipe yields 1 serving
Meatballs
2 lb ground chuck
1 cup bread crumbs, corn flakes, or crackers
1/3 cup parsley flakes
2 eggs
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp minced onions
Sauce
1 can (16 oz.) cranberry sauce
1 container (12 oz.) chili sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Meatballs prep:

Mix all ingredients well together and roll into bite size balls. Place on shallow baking dish or cookie sheet with sides. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

Sauce prep:

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and melt over low heat until sauce is blended.

Once meatballs are rolled and place in dish, pour sauce over each meatball and bake.
