Mix sour cream and eggs until well blended. In another bowl mix sugar and Bisquick. Slowly combine the wet ingredients into the Bisquick mixture. Fold mixture until blended together.
Pour half of melted butter into a 13 x 9 baking pan. Scoop about a heaping tablespoon of batter and put into pan, starting from corner and making rows of the batter (like dumplings). Pour the remaining melted butter over batter.
Bake in a 350 degree F preheated oven for about 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown. Spread favorite jam or jelly over hot biscuits and enjoy.
