Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef, drain fat.
In a 13x9 pan layer tater tots. Mix ground beef with soup and corn. Spread mixture on top of tater tots.
Put in the oven for 35 minutes. Spread cheese on top of mixture and then bake for 10-15 minutes more, or cheese is bubbly. Let it set for a few minutes, serve and enjoy.
