Dressing
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 1/2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/8 tsp salt
cup 1/3 to 1/2 salad oil
2 green onions
2 pkg spinach, cleaned and torn
1/2 lb bacon, fried and drained
1/2 cup almonds slices, browed in bacon fat then drain
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained

Heat sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, dry mustard, celery seed and salt until dissolved. Stir constantly. Cool then add salad oil and green onions.

When spinach is clean and cold, add warm bacon, almonds and drained mandarin oranges. Then add salad dressing and eat.
