4 cups potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
2 Tablespoons flour
Pepper
4 oz Velveeta Cheese, cubed
2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place peeled potatoes in a 9"x13"x2" baking dish.

In a sauce pan, over low-medium heat combine milk, Miracle Whip, flour and pepper, stirring occasionally until thick. Remove from heat, stir in Velveeta Cheese until smooth and melted. Pour sauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are cooked.
