Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Any to total 2 cups grated cheese: (Monterey Jack, Swiss, or sharp cheddar), divided
Any to total 2 1/2 cups: (ham, crab, shrimp, bacon, pepperoni, broccoli or spinach)

Mix all ingredients reserving 1/2 cup cheese.

Pour into greased 9" square pan. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
