1 large package of your favorite Kraft Shredded Cheese
1/2 lb precooked chicken
1 small jar salsa
1 jar "real bacon" bacon bits
2 stocks green onions

Heat a large fry pan with 1/4 cup cooking oil to medium heat. Place one tortilla in pan, and quickly begin adding ingredients, beginning with cheese.
After all ingredients are placed on tortilla, add a second tortilla on top. Press the edges of tortilla with a spatula, to "seal" the edges with melted cheese. When the bottom tortilla has become "rigid", carefully slide pancake turner under, and flip quesadilla over. Brown slightly on bottom.
Remove to paper towel covered plate to drain, and cool. Cut, with a pizza cutter, in pizza "slices." Serve warm with sour cream, and salsa on the side.
