Remove stems from mushrooms and thoroughly wash the caps. Discard stems and set caps to the side.
Place cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave until softened (approximately 40 seconds). Cut bacon strips into small pieces and add to the mixture. Stir until mixed well.
Fill the mushroom caps with mixture and bake in a pan at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until mushrooms are soft and liquid has drained from the mushrooms.
