Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 slices dark rye bread, lightly toasted
Kraft Thousand Island Salad Dressing, Regular or Kraft Free
Philadelphia Soft Cream Cheese, Original, Regular or Fat-Free
1 large avocado, halved, pitted, skinned, and mashed with a fork
1 large ripe tomato, red or yellow, sliced
1 handful radish sprouts (crunchy and peppery!)
Sweet onion slices (optional)
Cooked bay shrimp (optional)
Sweet bell pepper slices (optional)
Cucumber slices (optional)
2 can ned peach halves, drained, and pressed flat

For each sandwich, slather 1 toasted rye bread slice with Kraft Thousand Island Dressing and the other with Philadelphia Cream Cheese.

On either slice, place half of the mashed avocado, some tomato slices, and the sprouts. If you are adding any of the optional ingredients, add them now.

Either way, top with canned peach half that has been pressed flat, and cover with the other toasted slice of rye bread.
