Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg fresh sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
2 Tbs. diced garlic
1 can fat free chicken broth
1 package frozen spinach
2 Tbsp butter
1 package frozen shrimp (tails off) and/or imitation lump crab meat
Your favorite prepared pasta (penne or angel hair are the ones I use)

Let's Make It

Spray large skillet with PAM. Saute mushrooms till soft. Add green peppers and onions and saute till onions are transparent.

Add garlic, chicken broth and spinach. Stir. Cover and saute till spinach is hot.

Add butter and seafood. Cook till bubbling. Serve over pasta.
