2 tablespoons of margarine or butter (enough to saute celery and onions)
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 jar (8 oz.) Kraft Jalapeno or Mild Cheez Whiz
2 cups Minute Rice (white), cooked
Grated cheddar cheese

Let's Make It
Saute celery and onion in butter. Cook and drain broccoli. Combine soups and Cheez Whiz in a sauce pan and heat until blended. Combine onion and celery mixture, broccoli, soup mixture and cooked rice.
Pour into a casserole dish, top with grated cheddar cheese and a dash of paprika on top (Optional).
Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes.
