Put the first 4 ingredients in a food processor. Cut up cream cheese if necessary. Pulse until well mixed and cilantro and nuts are minced.
Add one dash of cayenne and pulse to mix. Add another dash of cayenne and pulse.
If you wish to have a fiery dip, add more cayenne, otherwise, 2 generous dashes are enough. Serve with chips and crudite. Refrigerate leftovers for up to one week.
