6 chicken breasts
1 container (16 oz.) Breakstone's Sour Cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Poppy seed to taste
Topping
Margarine
2 sleeve s Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 pkg sliced almonds
3 tablespoons poppy seed

Cook chicken until done, cool, tear into pieces and put in large mixing bowl. Add sour cream, soups, and poppy seed. Mix well, and pour into 13x9 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Melt margarine in saucepan. Add crushed crackers, almonds, and poppy seed. Mix well.

Spread topping on chicken mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
