Step #1: Roll out pie crust to fit the bottom of a 9 x 13" pan. Prick with a fork and sprinkle with light sugar and bake as single pie crust instructions.
Step #2: Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 cups of the Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.
Step #3: Mix lemon pudding and milk until thick and spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
Step #4: Spread the rest of the Cool Whip on top. Refrigerate overnight.
