1 lb fresh asparagus
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup Kraft Grated Romano & Parmesan Blend Cheese

Rinse & pat dry asparagus spears. Trim or break off tough ends. Cut spears into 1 - 2" chunks depending on thickness.

Place in chunks in large bowl and toss with olive oil and salt & pepper. Let sit 15 min, or longer if desired.

Preheat broiler. Spread asparagus on a baking sheet in a single layer. Place on top oven rack under broiler & broil 10 - 15 min, until crisp-tender. Remove from oven, place in serving dish and immediately top with Kraft grated cheese.
