Chicken Ala Can Can

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can water
1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken (or canned)
1 1/3 cups Minute Rice (uncooked)
1 can (8 ounce) mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup grated cheese (or onion rings)

Let's Make It

Combine soup, water and chicken in large saucepan. Add rice and mushrooms. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 7 minutes.

Put mixture in a 2 qt. greased casserole dish.

Bake uncovered at 300 degrees F for 15 minutes. Top with onion rings or grated cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
