Finely crush 12 graham crackers and mix in butter (do not melt). Press into 9x13 pan.
Melt marshmallows in warm milk. Let it cool.
Mix fruit cocktail and milk/marshmallows mixture. Then add Cool Whip. Pour into pan. Top with remaining crushed graham crackers.
Chill about 6 hours.
