In a casserole dish, alternate layers of chicken, broccoli, and soups.
Top all over with shredded cheese (may also include in layering), then top all with chips or croutons (may also leave off).
Microwave for approximately 2-4 minutes to melt cheese. Serve with another vegetable and bread if desired.
