Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 head romaine lettuce
1 cup mandarin oranges, in juice and drained
6 oz grilled chicken (or shrimp)
1/2 cup chow mein noodles (small can)
Pepper rings (optional)
Pea pods, (optional)
Water chestnuts (optional)
1 small red onion, sliced thin
Kraft Low-Fat Poppyseed Dressing

Let's Make It

Break up romaine lettuce and put into a large bowl. Add mandarin oranges and chicken or shrimp, cut into bite size pieces. Add chow mein noodle, pepper rings, pea pods, and water chestnuts.

Toss all ingredients together and put into refrigerator for one hour.

Before serving, mix with Kraft Low-Fat Poppyseed Dressing. Serve on two individual plates topped with thin red onion slices. Enjoy.
