1 can (8 oz.) non-marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1 jar (4 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and finely chopped
1 cup Kraft Mayonnaise, low fat
1 cup sour cream, low fat
1 pkg (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Low Fat
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided

Let's Make It
Mix together the prepared vegetables: spinach, green chilies, artichoke hearts, and roasted red peppers. In a separate mixing bowl combined the mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese until well blended. Add to the vegetable mixture. Stir in 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese.
Place in a greased 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 - 45 minutes, until hot with the edges just turning brown. Remove from the oven and cool for 15 minutes. You can serve from the pan or spoon into a serving dish. Surround with your favorite crackers, and fresh cut vegetables (celery, zucchini, red & yellow peppers, carrots, jicama, etc.)
