Dice carrots and potatoes and then boil them in 6-8 cups of water. Dice onions and fry them with the hamburger.
Once carrots and potatoes are done, drain hamburger and add to the carrot/potatoes, do not discard the water.
Add the tomatoes and chili powder. Mix well and add beef flavoring to taste.
