Mix all dry, and then sift into a large bowl. Beat eggs, and then add to bowl. You can flavor these with any spice or herb you want, like garlic or onion powder. Mix till you have a ball.
Put dough on a floured surface. Take a rolling pin, and roll out to as thick as you want (1/8th inch) is best. Then roll up like a jelly roll, and then cut with a knife the noodles as thick as you would like. Remember these noodles will swell up when cooked.
After you have cut your noodles, separate them into a bag with flour in it. If you don't use all your noodles, freeze the rest or they will go bad. These are best used in soups.
