Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 package devil's food cake mix
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups water
3/4 cup egg substitute or 3 eggs
2 cups Cool Whip Lite
6 cups fresh sliced strawberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 15x10x1 inch baking pan with Pam. Line the bottom of the pan with waxed paper and spray the paper with Pam.

Prepare cake mix as directed on the package using only the flour, water, and egg. Pour into the pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool and remove from the pan.

Cut the cake in half. Place one layer on the platter; Spread with the Cool Whip and strawberries. Place other layer of cake on top and use remaining Cool Whip to frost. Needs to be refrigerated.
