4 flounder fillets (3/4 - 1 lb.)
Salt & pepper
1/2 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons unsalted margarine or butter, melted
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a large shallow baking dish with margarine or butter. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and place close together in the dish.

Mix the parmesan cheese with the bread crumbs, melted butter and olive oil in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top the fish fillets.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked and the topping is golden. Let stand for a couple of minutes before serving.
