In a deep pan pour butter and garlic on medium heat. Put chicken in pan and season with salt & pepper. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes then turn chicken over and cover and cook for another 20 minutes.
When chicken is brown, add the sour cream, cover and cook for another 20 minutes, keep stirring.
Turn heat off and let it sit for about 15 minutes and finally add 1 cup of parmesan cheese and your done.
