1 small onion, diced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground turkey/chicken
1 cup long grain rice
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Chop onion and mince garlic and saute in olive oil for approximately 2 minutes.

Add ground turkey/chicken and cook and crumble until no longer pink.

Add your long grain rice, chicken broth and soy sauce; bring to boil cover and reduce heat to a simmer and cook until broth is absorbed approximately 20 minutes.
