12 medium potatoes, boiled
6 hard boiled eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 cup sweet pickle relish
Salt
Dressing:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup Miracle Whip
Additional ingredients if desired:
Chopped green or red sweet peppers
Thinly sliced radishes

Boil potatoes (with skins on), and eggs (hard boiled). Refrigerate overnight or until cold.

Prepare Dressing: mix eggs, sugar & vinegar and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches slow boil and thickens. Refrigerate until cold. Add Miracle Whip.

Peel and dice potatoes and eggs, add onion, pickle relish, toss and add dressing. Salt to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve
