Original recipe yields 1 serving
8 oz fat free cream cheese
1 packet fat free ranch dressing mix
10 thin soft taco shells
1 bag fresh spinach
1/2 lb low salt meat of choice (best with turkey or ham) sliced thin

Let's Make It

First, mix cream cheese and ranch dressing together in small bowl. Spread evenly over soft shells.

Next, rinse spinach in cold water and use paper towel to dry.

Layer spinach on dressing mix. Then layer the meat over the spinach and roll. Then cut into 1/4" thick slices and serve.
