2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
2 tablespoons flour
1 and 1/2 cups milk
Salt and pepper
1 cup Velveeta Cheese (about 3 good slices)

Cook macaroni according to directions; drain.

In a separate sauce pan, melt on low heat, butter and flour. Stir until it becomes a smooth paste, stirring constantly. Slowly add milk and salt and pepper. Cook until thickened. Add Velveeta and cook until cheese is melted.

Pour cheese sauce over noodles and mix well.
