Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb lean ground beef
Chili powder and other seasonings
1 jar spaghetti sauce (I usually choose mushroom and green pepper)
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can light red kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes - chili flavored
1 box thin spaghetti noodles
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese

Brown the ground beef, season with chili powder and other seasonings to taste. Drain the fat.

In a large, deep skillet, add ground beef, spaghetti sauce, dark and light kidney beans, and diced tomatoes. Heat contents to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.

While the meat is being browned, go ahead and prepare your spaghetti noodles as you would with regular spaghetti.

Place some spaghetti noodles on a plate, cover with the chili spaghetti sauce and SMOTHER with shredded cheddar cheese. Serve and ENJOY!!
