Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg graham biscuits
1 small pkg. unsalted butter
1 container cream
1 pkg yogurt
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp gelatin powder
1/2 cup warm water (to dissolve gelatin powder)

Crush biscuits with warm butter and mix them well. Place in pan and press it hard and freeze it for 10 minutes.

Pour cream in the bowl and beat it with the beater for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add yogurt in it and beat it again till it gets double in size. Add sugar in it. Mix gelatin with warm water and add to yogurt mixture.

Now pour yogurt mixture over the biscuits pan. Freeze it for 1/2 hour.
