Let's Make It
Boil & cube chicken breast, cook spaghetti (set both aside). Saute chopped onion & bell pepper.
In a large pot, add cheese, Ro*Tel, soups, onions & bell pepper and cooked & cubed chicken, stirring frequently until the cheese is melted.
In a casserole dish, layer spaghetti & mixture. Place in oven for 5 minutes on 300 degrees F, until cheese is melted.
