3/4 medium onion, chopped
2.5 garlic cloves
2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 quart salad oil
1 cup white vinegar
1 Tbsp celery seed

Put onion and garlic in blender and grind until fine consistency. You may need to add a little oil to help during the grinding.

Add rest of the ingredients and blend for 5 minutes.

Refrigerate. The dressing tends to separate so shake or stir before serving.
