Heat brown rice syrup and peanut butter in a medium saucepan, on low heat. Remove from heat and stir in millet.
Spread mixture in a greased 9x9 inch pan. Set aside. Put chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl and melt in microwave for 5 minutes. Stir when done. Spread chocolate over millet bars.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes or longer, if desired. Cut into squares to serve.
