Jackie's Calico Beans

Original recipe yields 1 serving
8 slices bacon, diced and browned
4 med onions, chopped fine
1 can green beans
1 can butter beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can pork & beans
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Pepper to taste

Fry bacon and remove grease except for small amount to saute onions until transparent. Drain onions. Drain all the juice from cans of beans.

Mix together brown sugar, vinegar, garlic salt, dry mustard and pepper to taste. Combine all ingredients mixing well.

Bake uncovered in 3 qt. casserole at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
