Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 family size can or 2 cans (15 oz. each) cream or mushroom or cream of chicken soup
4 fresh yellow squash or 2 quarts canned squash
2 medium onions, sliced
2 package s (6 oz. each) stuffing mix (I use 1 box cornbread and 1 box chicken flavored)
1 cup butter or margarine, melted

Combine soup, squash, and onions together in bowl. Set aside. In another bowl mix together the dry stuffing mix and add the melted margarine. Stir to mix.

Spray 13x9x2" glass dish with cooking spray. Spread 1/2 of stuffing mix in pan. Cover with the squash/soup mix. Add remaining stuffing mix on top.

Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 25-30 minutes or until top is slightly brown.
