1-2 pounds kasseri cheese
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup vegetable oil
1 whole lemon, cut in half
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Cut kasseri cheese into chunks and dredge in flour pressing the flour against the cheese.

Make sure that oil is good and hot and fry cheese on both sides till golden brown and crispy.

Sprinkle the lemon over the cheese and add oregano and enjoy!
