1 box quick 10 min. brown rice
Butter or margarine
Oil (your choice)
Salt (coarse like kosher or sea salt)
1 can black beans (Goya preferred)
1 small onion
Pepper
Oregano
1 pkg soft burrito flour tortillas

To make rice:

Follow preparation instructions depending on serving size. Add butter or margarine, oil and/or salt (for taste) to boiling water. Let rice cook thoroughly and fluff with fork.

To make beans:

Drain fluid from can of beans. Heat a saucepan, and add beans. Finely chop onion and add to beans. Stir in salt, pepper and grated oregano to beans. Add a cup or water and stir.

Let it come to a boil and let the sauce thicken. Cover after it comes to a boil.

Put it all together: lay a tortilla on a plate and fill with rice and beans. Fold and roll burrito. Sit and enjoy!
