1 lb beef chunks
1 or 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped into pieces
1 cube of beef bouillon
1 spoon Sofrito (a mixture of green herbs and garlic,onions, peppers: red, green)
Sprinkle of Adobo
1 Sazon packet
2 Tablespoons tomato sauce

Prepare beef chunks by cleaning and cutting them up into pieces if they are big pieces.

Cut up the potatoes into pieces. Boil the meat and potatoes in a big pot with a little bit of water, until the meat is tender; drain the liquid.

Then add the Sofrito, Adobo, Sazon, beef bouillon, and tomato sauce. Then on medium heat, cook all those ingredients so the flavor will go on everything.

Then you add water, just enough to cover the meat and everything. Let it cook until it bubbles and you feel the meat tender.
