Cut up chicken into bite sized cubes and cook in a skillet until chicken is completely cooked. Add pkg. of taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of water and continue to cook until sauce has thickened.
Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Distribute chicken evenly on top of chips. Cover with cheese.
Bake in 350 degrees F oven until cheese is melted. Take out and cover with sour cream.
