Mix the shrimp, lemon juice and little salt and keep aside. Chop the onions finely (1 min).
Heat oil in a deep saute pan and fry the dry red chiles till they turn dark red. Drain those chiles and grind them coarsely (3 min). Use the same oil and fry the onions for 2 min and then add minced garlic to this and fry it for a minute. Then add the shrimp mixture and salt as needed. Cook it in medium flame till the oil separates. Remove it from fire.
Add 1/4 tsp. of the ground red chiles to the above and it is ready to be served. Garnish with the curry leaves.
